Wedding gifts in netting
For many ladies, being a bride is one of the most momentous and important days of their lives. Obviously every time I go to a wedding I am expected to present a beautifully wrapped gift which normally is in the form of a voucher.
I always feel a voucher is rather dull, so I love to give an extra treat to make the bride and groom feel special.
A jar of luxurious scrub will be perfect for the honeymoon.
All I have used is some cellulose wrap available from florists, a remnant of white netting (available from fabric shops), 50cm of double sided satin and some paper roses (available from cake decorating shops). The Lemongrass body scrub is from Beauty4u and you will always find me enjoying a free hand massage at their busy stand at the Spirit of Christmas and Country Living Shows…I absolutely adore their products.
Simply place the jar in a square of pre cut wrap, gather around the top and secure with a satin bow and faux rose.
As an alternative you could always add vibrant baubles to give a bit of sparkle.
If you have any great tips for giving a special wedding present, we would love to hear your ideas.
